White-label SEO audit tools for agencies

Eight tools let you put your own name on an SEO audit: Docket, Netpeak Spider, Sitebulb, SEO PowerSuite, SE Ranking, Semrush, Sitechecker and SEOptimer. This page says what the white-label part of each one is, what it costs for a year, and when each is the better choice. Docket is ours and is the cheapest of them for a year, and the page says plainly where it does less.

Short answer: pick by how you sell audits

The eight side by side

Read 5 November 2026 from each vendor's own pages (sources at the foot of the page), with one exception: SEOptimer's site refuses automated requests, so its row is the reading of 8 October 2026 and is marked. Prices are US dollar list prices for one person.

ToolWhat it isThe white-label part What it costs
Docket SEOA desktop app for Mac and WindowsYour agency's name and logo in place of Docket's on the PDF and HTML reports, with “Prepared by” you (the paid version)$59 once, up to 3 computers at a time, Mac or Windows
Netpeak SpiderA desktop crawler for Windows and macOSIts Spider page says the white-label feature generates a website SEO audit report in PDF featuring your company's logo, contacts and recommendations$20 a month, cancel anytime, after a 3 day free trial
Sitebulb ProA desktop app for Windows or Mac, with a separate cloud productThe Pro plan lists customised PDF reports, scheduled audits and audit comparisons; its pricing page does not use the words white label, and a customer quote on its features page calls the PDFs white-labelPro is $425 a year for 1 user; the Lite plan at $180 a year does not list customised PDF reports
SEO PowerSuite EnterpriseA desktop suite for Windows, Apple and LinuxWhite-label SEO reports, fully customizable report templates, saving and emailing reports in PDF and HTML, and automated report scheduling and deliveryThe Enterprise plan is $599 a year billed yearly; the Professional plan at $349 a year does not list white-label reports

Semrush with the Pro Report add-onA cloud platformThe Pro Report add-on lists branding and white-labeling, delivery at a specific time and sharing by linkThe Pro Report add-on is $20 a month on top of a plan: the SEO plan is $139 a month, or $117.33 a month billed annually
SitecheckerA cloud platformIt has a page titled White Label SEO Tool for Audits and Reports, and the pages read do not say which plan unlocks white labelPlans run from $99 a month to $449 a month, with a 14 day free trial and no card needed
SEOptimerA cloud toolPro and Max name white label PDF reporting, and its feature breakdown lists a white label custom domain and report templatesPro is $39 a month and Max is $59 a month (read 8 October 2026, because its site refuses automated requests)

What a year of white label costs

The lowest listed way to get your own name on the report, for one year at list price, with no discount codes. A subscription is paid again every year; Docket is not. Sitechecker is left out of this table because the pages read do not say which of its plans unlocks white label, so any figure for it would be a guess.

ToolFirst yearHow that is made up
Docket SEO$59$59 once, so the same in every later year
Netpeak Spider$240$20 a month, kept for twelve months
Sitebulb Pro$425$425 a year
SEOptimer Pro$468$39 a month, kept for twelve months (read 8 October 2026)
SEO PowerSuite Enterprise$599$599 a year
Semrush with the Pro Report add-on$1,648the SEO plan billed annually plus $20 a month for the add-on
SE Ranking with the Agency Pack$2,066the Core plan billed annually plus $69 a month for the pack

Docket costs $181 less in the first year than the next cheapest, Netpeak Spider. It is cheap because one person builds it and there is no sales team, not because it does less of the one job on this page. The cloud tools cost more and do more: SE Ranking and Semrush are whole SEO platforms with rank tracking, which this table does not weigh.

Where each one is the better choice

Docket, the one we make: what it does and does not

Docket is ours. In the paid version the PDF and HTML reports carry your agency's name and logo in place of Docket's and say “Prepared by” you. A licence covers up to 3 computers at a time, Mac or Windows, a pre-sales audit costs nothing extra, and the whole price is refunded within 30 days. It does not give you a report on your own web address, editable report templates, a login for clients, or rank tracking. Its schedule runs while the app is open on a computer that is awake. If you need any of those, pick one of the cloud tools above. Docket for agencies, in full.

Page one of a Docket audit report with Report branding set: a placeholder logo reading YOUR LOGO and the name Your agency name where Docket's mark and name would be.
Page one of a real Docket report on our own site, with Report branding set to a placeholder. Without branding the same page carries Docket's shield and name.

That report covers 74 pages, took under a minute and lists 18 issues. It is the only thing on this page we ran ourselves. We did not run the other tools, so nothing here says one makes a better report than another, only what each vendor's own pages say it does and what it costs. Most have a free trial, so the fair test is the one you run yourself: audit the same small site in two of them and send each report to a friend.

Common questions

What is the best white-label SEO audit tool?

It depends on how you sell audits. Docket is the cheapest for a year at $59 once and puts your name and logo on the PDF and HTML report. SEOptimer and SE Ranking with its Agency Pack add a report on your own domain and client logins, and cost more.

Can I put my own logo on an SEO audit report?

Yes, in each of the tools on this page. Docket, Netpeak Spider, SEO PowerSuite Enterprise, SE Ranking, Semrush and SEOptimer say so on their own pages, and Sitebulb Pro lists customised PDF reports. Which plan unlocks it differs, and the table says which.

Is there a white-label SEO audit tool I pay for once?

Docket is a one-off $59. The others on this page are monthly or yearly subscriptions.

Does Docket have a client portal or a custom report domain?

No. It makes the report as a PDF and an HTML file that carry your name and logo, and you send it yourself. A custom report address, report templates and client logins are what the cloud tools charge for.
